Our Price Match Guarantee (We will not be undersold) If you find a better price elsewhere, we will match that price and beat it.
We only accept quotes given by a UK competitor. For quotes outside the UK we will use best endeavours to beat or match, but cannot guarantee the conclusion.
To enable us to verify that we are quoting like for like in specification, we require to see a copy of the written confirmation from the lowest price competitor. We reserve the right to request the originals of offers sent in by fax or e-mail as well as further information on the better price offer. If the details are incomplete or if we conclude the better price offer is not serious, authentic, still open or available, we reserve the right to exclude the offer from this program.
Send us a copy or a printout of the better price offer including the date of the offer, the conditions of the offer. You can send us the requested information either by fax (01279 657 115) or as e-mail attachment to our e-mail address: pricematch@discmakers.co.uk.
We can only guarantee to beat / match pricing for products which are identical in specification to our own.
Unfortunately, verbal confirmation of pricing will not be accepted as proof of a lower price.
The price considered will be the total price (including setup, films, mastering and shipping charges (excluding VAT)
This program applies only to better price offers that you present to us before placing your order. We will not match better price offers that you submit after placing your order with us. The better price offer must still be open when you present it to us.
We reserve the right to end this program or change these conditions at any time without prior notice.
