CD Replication

If you require more than 1,000* units your CD master should be replicated rather than duplicated. CD Replication is a faster and more cost efficient option for larger quantities, and it also offers major cost savings. Disc Makers makes the CD Replication process uncomplicated, effective and trouble-free, as this is the main stay of our business with over 10 million discs produced each year.

CD Replication is generally made for quantities over 1,000 discs, and offers major savings for your project, although the lead-time is 8-10 working days. Any quantity over 1,000 will fall under the CD Replication classification.

The formats available for Replication are:

Your data, whether software, music, games or a marketing presentation, will be checked and  transferred to a glass master which is used to create a metal stamper, this stamper is then mounted onto a disc moulding machine, and the CD Replicated disc is mass produced.

The CD Replication disc is then either litho printed full colour (CMYK) or screen-printed (up to 5 spot colours) with your CD design.

You can supply the CD on body artwork or our graphics and design department will work with you to create your design (including your corporate logo, and contact details).
