The making of CDs is separated into two different types of manufacturing; CD Replication and CD Duplication. You must first be aware of the differences and advantages of these two types of manufacturing a CD. The formats available are: CD Replication – On Disc Printing with Data manufactured into the disc by machine
These discs can be printed full colour Litho (offset) or Screen printed up to 5 Pantone colours Packaging: All types of packaging are available (e.g. Jewel Cases, DVD cases, Plastic Wallets, Card Wallets, DigiPaks, c-Shells, Ejector cases or Bespoke Packs. Lead-time: 10 -12 Working days from receipt of all parts (Design and Data) CD Duplication - On Disc Printing + with or without data duplicated onto the CDR disc The process involves burning CD-Rs, and is ideal for quantities from 100 units.
