Because the packaging is less resistant to abrasion than jewel cases, it can to show signs of wear fairly quickly.Disc Makers have developed a wide and varied range of ‘off the shelf’ CD & DVD Digipak packaging solutions. The printing on the pack can be either full colour litho or individual Spot (Pantone) colours. There is a wide selection of finishes that can really add the ultimate touch to your pack, such as Spot UV, Matt / Gloss Lamination, Foil Blocking and Embossing. Disc Makers offer all these options and more.
Digipaks are a great way of promoting your CDs and DVDs, and they also offer a great way of protecting the disc. There are numerous variations of sizes and designs. They are fully printable so a clear tray allows an extra panel for graphics or information.

The quality of the card used is normally 400gsm, and can be printed with a machine varnish coating, matt or gloss laminated finish. The Digipak may also be shrink-wrapped or the opening sealed with a small transparent adhesive dot.
