General information
Digipaks are a great way of promoting your CDs and DVDs, and they also offer a great way of protecting the disc. There are numerous variations of sizes and designs. They are fully printable so a clear tray allows an extra panel for graphics or information.
The most popular design is the regular 140mm x 120mm 4-page version. We can now supply Digipaks in small quantities (from only 50 units) at relatively cheap prices and are an effective option to hold the disc and give full information of the content. The quality of the card used is normally 400gsm, and can be printed with a machine varnish coating, matt or gloss laminated finish. The Digipak may also be shrink-wrapped or the opening sealed with a small transparent adhesive dot.
Other CD & DVD Digipak include:
The double Packs – with 2 plastic trays holding two discs.
A Gate-Fold Digipak with an extra panel gives you a 6-page Digipak with the same general construction as the standard type but with two fold-in covers and the tray in the middle.
Add another panel and you have an 8-page Digipak.
